SUCCESS! HB 652 (eminent domain compensation) – HB 652 should pass the House today and be sent to the Senate.
HB 119 (eliminates corporate income tax) – The House Appropriations Committee met this morning at 10:30 a.m., but HB 119 was not on the agenda. It looks like this one died.
SUCCESS! SB 4 was rolled SB 512 and should pass the Senate today.

Requires a member of the General Assembly to disclose in his annual disclosure of personal interests any salary and wages paid to him greater than $20,000 for employment with a state or local government or advisory agency.

The committee is finishing the Senate bills through Feb. 16 and doesn’t begin the House bills until Feb. 17. HB 570 is not on the docket for Wednesday, Feb. 17.

Increases the motor fuels tax by $0.10 per gallon. WE OPPOSE THIS BILL.
